By accessing or using Virasat House, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Virasat House is a peer-to-peer platform that enables users to list, rent, and buy traditional and designer products. We act as a facilitator and are not a party to any transaction between users.

You must create an account to list outfits. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and current information during registration.

When you create a listing, only your Instagram handle and email address are displayed as contact methods. Phone numbers are never shown on the platform. You agree not to share phone numbers through listing descriptions or images.

All outfit images uploaded to Virasat House are displayed only with the explicit permission of the user who uploaded them. By uploading images, you confirm that you own the rights to those images and consent to their display on the platform. You may withdraw consent and remove your images at any time by deleting the listing.

All rental and purchase transactions occur directly between users. Virasat House does not process payments, handle deliveries, or guarantee the condition of outfits. Users are encouraged to verify details before completing any transaction.

• Posting false or misleading listings
• Using the platform for illegal activities
• Harassing other users
• Uploading images without proper rights or consent
• Sharing phone numbers through listings or images

Virasat House is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between users, outfit condition, or transaction outcomes.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Virasat House after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
